DIRECTOR SAMANTHA WOODS

COACH HANNAH

Hannah specialises in Pom and lyrical. Hannah has a first class honours degree in Education and Psychology and also has a PGCE in Primary Education. Hannah is currently a primary school teacher. She is also qualified through BGU in Pom, Jazz and Lyrical Coaching. She has recently retired from dancing, which she did ay Warrington Starlights for over 14 years and has been teaching for around 7 years. Her favourite dance style is Pom because of its high energy and fun visuals.

COACH TIA

Tia specialises in Lyrical and Pom dance. Tia has a first class honours degree in Musical Theatre. She is also qualified through BGU in Pom, Jazz and Lyrical Coaching. Tia has represented England in Pom dance at the ICU World Championships in Florida, USA. She is also a brand ambassador for 230 Dance and Cheer Intensives.

COACH CHLOE

Chloe specialises in Pom and Lyrical dance. She studied at Arden School of Theatre in which she achieved a BA Hons in Dance and Performance. Chloe is also qualified through BGU in Pom, Jazz and Lyrical Coaching. She has been dancing from the age of 3 in Ballet, Tap and Modern. She has been dancing with Warrington Starlights for over 7 years and has been teaching for around 4 years.

ASSISTANT COACH LEAH

Leah started dancing at the age of 5 and funnily enough, hated it. Ballet wasn't her thing. She then found a love for street dance. Leah has a first class BA Hons in Musical Theatre. She is currently a Social Media Manager for a pregnancy company, and is so happy Warrington Starlights allows her to keep dancing. She competes in Pom, Lyrical and Jazz, although she hasn't got a favourite, she loves all 3!

ASSISTANT COACH FREYA

Freya started gymnastics at the age of 3 up until she was 11 when she realised she wanted to do dance lessons. Freya had previous done tap and ballet lessons and had also tried cheerleading but it wasn't really her thing. Freya had gone in to study both A-Level and BTEC Dance at college receiving two B's. Freya has been training at Warrington Starlights for around 6 years and been coaching our Tiny team along side for nearly 2 years. Freya is currently been working on recieving her Level 2/3 Childcare qualifications at a local nursery. She competes in all 3 styles: Jazz, Lyrical and Pom!

ASSISTANT COACH KATIE

Katie started out with no dance experience when she first joined Warrington Starlights. She instantly fell in love with dancing at her first ever class despite being a complete novice. Katie has now been dancing for over 10 years and curently completes in Pom, Jazz and Lyrical. She is currently studying for a BSc in Psychology at undergraduate level.
